Kyara is one of Madarame Baku's allies and a former Referee #0 of Kakerou.

Kyara is an intimidating-looking individual, with a notably muscular frame, a mop of wild black hair and a generally menacing facial expression. He has chemical burn scarring around his left eye from chemicals being accidentally splashed on him during one of Usogui's Kakerou games.
